RIVERSIDE LIGHT PARADE – 3-DAY FULL-REFUND RETURN POLICY

At Riverside Light Parade, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 3 days of the original purchase or delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns:

  • Electric Bikes: Must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Bike Accessories: Must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Merchandise (Apparel & Gear): Must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn or Customized Merchandise: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Bike Rentals: All bike rental transactions are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us at riversidelightparade.com or (951)530-8516 within 3 days of your purchase or delivery date to initiate a return.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  3. Return the item(s) in person or ship them to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
